Directions for Use
Place 3-5 drops under the tongue or add to a small amount of water. Hold for 30 seconds before swallowing. Use daily or as needed during moments of transition.
Caution
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if pregnant, nursing, or taking medication. Do not use in conjunction with SSRIs or MAOIs.
